A 90-minute consultation, movement assessment and personalised first Reformer & Tower Pilates session.

5 Session Package – £225 (valid for 3 months)

Studio 85 Pilates — Terms & Conditions

By booking and paying for a Studio 85 Pilates session or package, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Studio 85 Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required in advance. This receipt confirms payment and the agreed schedule. Any changes to the schedule must be discussed with your instructor and confirmed by email.

2. Refunds

Payments and class packages are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, will be lost.

4. Packages & Sessions

Following the initial assessment, sessions are purchased in packages of 5 or 10 sessions. A 20-session package is available on request.

5-session packages expire 3 months from purchase.
10-session packages expire 6 months from purchase.
20-session package terms will be agreed at the time of purchase.

5. Registration, Health & Medical Advice

A registration form, including the health and medical questionnaire, must be completed before your initial assessment or any sessions.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information about any health conditions, injuries, medication or other circumstances that may affect their participation, and must inform their instructor of any changes.

Studio 85 Pilates instruction is not medical advice or treatment. Your instructor is not a medical expert and cannot diagnose or advise on medical conditions. Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

6. Punctuality & Arrival

There is no waiting area, so please arrive just before your scheduled start time. Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the studio.

If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the agreed time and cannot be extended.

7. Session Requirements

Grip socks must be worn throughout every session. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and enables your instructor to see your body alignment. Clothing should provide appropriate coverage and remain secure during movement.

Please bring a hand towel if required and your own water where possible. Clients may use the bathroom to change before or after their session.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern or wish to make a complaint, please discuss it with your instructor in the first instance and follow up in writing so that it can be properly considered and addressed.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending Studio 85.

10. Physical Contact, Cueing & Consent

Sessions may include hands-on correction, physical cueing and guidance. You may give or withdraw consent to physical contact at any time.

Physical contact will always be professional, appropriate and solely for teaching, correcting or guiding movement. Your instructor will not use forceful contact or touch private areas of your body.

Please tell your instructor in advance if there are areas you do not feel comfortable with being touched. This will be recorded in your client notes and respected throughout your sessions.

11. Health, Safety & Participation

Pilates is physical exercise and, as with any physical activity, carries some risk of discomfort, strain or injury. Clients should work within their own capabilities and follow their instructor's guidance.

Your instructor may modify, replace or stop an exercise or session if they believe this is necessary for your safety or wellbeing. You should immediately report any pain, dizziness, discomfort or other symptoms.

If you become unwell or injured during a session, your instructor will take reasonable steps to respond and may contact your emergency contact or emergency services where necessary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Photography, Video & Marketing

Studio 85 may invite clients to participate in photography or filming for marketing and social media purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary and is not required to attend Studio 85.

Anyone who chooses to participate must complete a separate Photography & Filming Release Form before being photographed or filmed. The form will explain how the material may be used and record the client's consent.

13. Referral Offer

Recommend someone new to Studio 85 and you will both receive £10 off a future package purchase once the new client has joined Studio 85.
